What do the displayed prices indicate?

The prices of the products sold on the GAM-MOTOS website are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping fees.

Prices remain valid as long as they are displayed on the GAM-MOTOS site.

GAM-MOTOS reserves the right to change part prices at any time.

What payment methods are accepted on the site?

GAM-MOTOS only accepts payment by credit card.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, for credit card purchases we use the 3D SECURE system; your bank may also request a double confirmation via SMS code to validate your purchase. All this takes just a few seconds.

I can't pay online with my credit card, the transaction is refused!

Two scenarios:

Either the email address you entered is incorrect.

Or your card limit has been exceeded.

If the problem persists, you can contact us directly via the "Parts Service" tab to make a remote payment using our Electronic Payment Terminal.

How are shipping costs calculated?

A shipping fee is charged, the amount depends on the selected carrier (see T&Cs - section 9 Shipping) and, where applicable, on promotional discounts on shipping. The shipping fee is shown on the order summary before validation.

The products offered on GAM-MOTOS are delivered worldwide, except conflict zones according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Are your spare parts used or new?

The parts offered on the GAM-MOTOS website are either used or new. All our used parts come from our stock of vehicles purchased from approved suppliers.

New parts come from approved suppliers and manufacturers, unsold stock, or clearance sales. The designation "Used" or "New" is indicated on each product page.

Are your used parts in good condition?

All the parts we sell are checked, cleaned, and guaranteed.

If you have questions about the condition of a used part, you can request information from the "Parts Service" tab.

How long are your used parts guaranteed for?

Our spare parts are guaranteed for 12 months.

Do you install the parts?

Yes, we install parts thanks to our network of partner garages.

How to find the nearest partner garage?

Find the nearest partner garage in the “INSTALL YOUR PART BY A PRO” section.

Place your order on the GAM-MOTOS website.

Book an appointment with the garage so they can replace your part at their negotiated rate.

When choosing the delivery address, indicate the chosen garage’s address.

Can orders be grouped to reduce shipping costs?

Yes, this is automatic.

You probably live outside mainland France, and in some cases shipping prices are available upon request.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I return it and get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Go to the “Contact Us” section and select the Claims Service. The part must be returned at your expense and in its original packaging.

I did not receive the correct products.

We apologize for this preparation error.

I received damaged products.

Two solutions are available:

1. I have not yet installed the items

Go to “Contact Us” and select the Claims Service. Please provide:

  • Nature of the defect (e.g. breakage, crack, missing part, malfunction, etc.)
  • Clear photos showing the defects and/or an official statement from a certified mechanic attesting the defect.

The more precise your information, the faster we can find a solution. Files without photos will not be processed.

2. I have already installed the items

Go to “Contact Us” and select the Claims Service. Please provide:

  • Nature of the defect (e.g. breakage, crack, missing part, malfunction, etc.)
  • Date of installation on the vehicle
  • Number of kilometers driven
  • Clear photos showing the defects and/or an official statement from a certified mechanic attesting the defect.

The more precise your information, the faster we can find a solution. Files without photos will not be processed.

I want to withdraw my order, I am no longer interested in the items.

Unfortunately, your order has already been processed. Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, it is no longer possible to stop the shipment.

However, you can refuse the parcel upon delivery. Once the items are returned to us, you will be refunded minus a return fee of €25 per parcel, as this is a user error and a restocking fee applies.

I want to sell my used parts, are you interested?

NO, we do not buy any used parts from individuals.

Can you reserve a vehicle for me?

Yes, it is possible to reserve a vehicle by paying a deposit or the full amount.

You can pay securely by credit card, bank transfer, or cashier’s check after validation and signature of the order form provided by our vehicle sales department.

Damaged vehicles: what are the procedures?

In the event of a claim, the insurance company's expert will determine the status of the damaged vehicle. The vehicle will be classified as:

RSV/VEI: Repair Cost Higher Than Vehicle Value / Vehicle Economically Irreparable

The vehicle can only be sold to a repair professional or for export.

Or as:

RIV: Repair Cost Less Than Vehicle Value

In this case, the vehicle can be sold to a private individual or a professional. The buyer will receive the registration document and can immediately transfer it to their name.

Note: as this is a damaged vehicle, a safety inspection must be performed before it is put back on the road.

Can a private individual buy a vehicle with RSV/VEI status?

NO, you must be a repair professional.

Can a used vehicle come from a damaged vehicle?

Yes, a damaged vehicle can become a used vehicle after repair and inspection.

At GAM-MOTOS, we have a department dedicated to used motorcycles with specialized workshops and mechanics.

Motorcycles are carefully selected by our specialists (only slightly damaged or recovered theft vehicles are chosen). Most repairs are cosmetic (paintwork, plastics, etc.). As part of our quality process, all used motorcycles are test-driven before being offered for sale.

All our used motorcycles (unless otherwise stated) come with a 6-month warranty and keep the manufacturer’s warranty if it is still valid.

Feel free to ask us about the work done on the vehicle you’re interested in.

Can you deliver a vehicle in France?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in mainland France and Corsica: ask for a quote from the “Vehicle Sales Service” tab.

Can you deliver a vehicle abroad?

Do you offer a consignment service for vehicles?

No, we do not provide consignment services.

Yes, you benefit from preferential terms as a professional.
